Join Florence and Wendell Minor, author and illustrator of If You Were a Penguin, at our April Book Club Party.  Each family that has completed the program and reached their reading goal will receive a copy of the book to be autographed!  This FREE program is appropriate for all ages.  Public Welcome!

Celebrate the last week of the April Book Club "Penguin Pals" by chilling out with Cody and his surfer buddies and watching "Surf's Up" at Schlow.  This movie is rated PG.

What if mankind had to leave Earth and somebody forgot to turn the last robot off? The year is 2700 and WALL-E is a robot still spending every day doing what he was made for. Soon he is visited by a sleek robot named EVE whom he chases across the galaxy with a pet cockroach and a heroic team of malfunctioning misfit robots.

We are turning a page on the history of libraries in Centre County by joining our catalog with that of the Centre County Library. Each library will remain its own entity, but we are now sharing resources across the county.

Celebrate Spring at Centre County Reads Nowruz Persian New Year Event

• Paint Banners and balloons with Nowruz resolutions.

• Make holiday cards that say "Happy Nowruz" or, in Persian, "Eyd-e Shoma Mobarak" for sending to friends and family.

• Sample authentic Persian foods.
