Mission

The purpose of the library, then and now, is to provide free access to materials to meet the recreational, educational, informational and cultural needs to the citizens of Clearfield County. In addition, the Shaw Public Library is a member of the Access PA statewide card program. Through this program, any citizen of Pennsylvania with a valid library card may borrow materials from Shaw Public Library.
